Terms of conditions for Helpicine

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Helpicine ("the app") developed by Nordahl Software. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be at least 15 years old to use the app. By using the app, you declare that you are at least 15 years old.
  • You agree to use the app solely for its intended purpose, including medication monitoring, reminders, and related features.
  • You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating applicable laws or regulations.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain features of the app, it may be necessary to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your contact information secure.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

  • You may have the opportunity to submit or upload content to the app, including but not limited to medication information and user-generated notes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Nordahl Software a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the app.
  • You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content, and that such User Content does not infringe third party rights or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, belong to Nordahl Software or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
  • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works of any part of the app or its content without Nordahl Software's prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Nordahl Software disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Nordahl Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of the app.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to the Terms

  • Nordahl Software reserves the right to change or revise these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms in the app. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
